Medinilla (Medinilla magnifica) originates from the Philippines and belongs to the Melastomataceae family. In its tropical homeland, this evergreen shrub grows both epiphytically (on other plants or trees) and terrestrially (on the ground). The medinilla’s bold flowers have made it a popular houseplant.

Sunlight: Indirect sunlight.

Water: 2-3 times a week thoroughly.

Fertiliser: Recommend slow-release nutricote or Aquis organic lactobacillus fertilizer.

Plant Size: Approx. 20-30 cm (vary in sizes)

Rootball Size: ø 10 cm

Pot Size: ø 12cm

Pot Type: Plastic pot or White ceramic pot without drainage hole.
